📣 Let's Sip & Sweat San Antonio!!!
We are excited to kick off our Summer Sip & Sweat series at Kung Fu Saloon!!!
🤔 What happens at a Sip & Sweat?
We sip & sweat of course, but not quite in that order.
We'll kick things off at 11 a.m. with a high-energy 45-minute workout led by Tiffany E. Then, we'll head into the bar to cool off with some refreshing signature cocktails — first two are on us!
Not a sipper? No problem!
Choose our "Sweat Only" ticket at checkout to join us for a fantastic workout and stick around to hang out afterward.
What you'll need to bring:
- Towel (for the sweating)
- Hat and/or Sunglasses (we will be in the sun)
- Exercise mat (for ground exercises)
- Water bottle (to stay hydrated)
- Smiles & laughter 🤗
We always encourage you to invite your friends BUT this is also a great way to meet new people who enjoy some of the same activities you do!!!
