T.C. FITNESS

We are T.C. Fitness, a boutique fitness studio, helping to empower women through movement. 

As women, we regularly spend most of our day focusing on the needs of others. Which oftentimes results in us being too tired and overwhelmed to focus on ourselves.

That's where T.C. Fitness comes in. We help take some of the weight off your shoulders by creating a program specifically for you. A program that fits your current needs, propels you forward toward your goals and improves your overall quality of life.

 

No more trying to squeeze in your workouts. Together we'll create a schedule that helps you stay consistent on your fitness journey, while also allowing for flexibility for when life is life-ing.

 

No more trying to figure out what to do in the gym, how to build strength, lose weight, OR change your body composition. We will lay all of that out for you, while also teaching you the what, why, when, and how often.

 

No more starting and stopping. We're here to hold you accountable! We continuously check in with you during your sessions and outside of them. We help guide you through the holidays, vacations, stressful days, major life events, and all the moments in between. 

 

We're your biggest cheerleader, ready to show you and remind you of how strong you are, mentally, emotionally, and physically.

We offer a variety of in-person and virtual programs to help you on your journey, such as 1:1 personal training, vinyasa yoga classes, online fitness and nutrition challenges, and other fun group events,
